Can I transfer my Japan Crate subscription to another service?Updated 2 months ago

Yes! Depending on your subscription type, here’s what will happen:

For Prepaid Subscribers

If you have remaining prepaid shipments, they will be automatically moved to Bokksu Snack Box, allowing you to continue enjoying authentic Japanese snacks on a monthly basis.

Alternatively, you can request store credit for use on any of our other brands: Sugoi Mart, Bokksu Boutique, or Bokksu Market. This gives you the flexibility to shop for your favorite Japanese snacks, drinks, collectibles, and more—whenever you like.

📅 If you prefer store credit instead of transitioning to Bokksu Snack Box, please contact our support team before March 31, 2025.

For Bi-Monthly Subscribers

Since bi-monthly subscriptions are not prepaid, they will not transition to Bokksu Snack Box. Instead, your last Japan Crate will be the Cherry Blossom Crate, and your subscription will be canceled after that.

However, if you'd like to continue receiving monthly Japanese snack boxes, we encourage you to try Bokksu Snack Box for a premium, hand-curated experience.

What happens if I don’t respond by the deadline?

If you don’t respond by the deadline, we will proceed with the default transition plan outlined in your email. If you prefer store credit, please contact us before March 31, 2025.
