Every active Japan Crate subscriber should have received an email detailing their next steps. If you haven’t seen it, please check your spam folder or reach out to our support team.

Bi-Monthly Subscribers

• Your last box will be the Cherry Blossom Crate, and your subscription will be canceled after that.
• If your renewal date was in April: Your renewal date has been moved to March 31, and your last Cherry Blossom Crate will be shipped earlier than expected.
• You will receive a special discount to encourage you to try Bokksu Snack Box, a premium Japanese snack subscription.

Prepaid Subscribers

• Your remaining shipments will be moved to Bokksu Snack Box, starting in April.
• You will still receive all the boxes you have already paid for.
• If your renewal date was between March 15 and April 30: Your subscription has been updated to a One-Time purchase, and you will receive the final Cherry Blossom Japan Crate before your subscription ends.
